In order to minimise any risk to children, staff and families, we have therefore taken the decision to close school for the whole day on Friday 18th February, and provide remote learning for the children. Further details of this will follow and children may be given resources to bring home with them today.
We have taken the decision because of the journey to school and the risks involved in being outdoors with such adverse conditions. We cannot also anticipate whether staff will be able to travel to school safely.
