Happy New Year. In the FSU we have loved being back together after the holidays. This week we have been talking lots about making bridges for our vehicles to use to pass on their journeys. The children have used lots of time and perseverance to make the bricks the way they want them, then using tape to stick them into place. We have used lots of our physical skills during this activity; lifting and moving bricks into place, then using our smaller physical skills when using and cutting or ripping the tape. After the build, the children had great fun using the bridges and roads to make up their stories for the journey.
