Class Three- Paignton Zoo

On Wednesday, Class 3 enjoyed a trip to Paignton Zoo.  This was to support their previous topic work on the Benin Kingdom and featured a talk on the rhinos.   However, the children just absolutely enjoyed seeing all the animals with each of them having a different favourite.  The children were very focused on the conservation status of various species and were reading about what we can do to help protect them or their environments.  They have decided that they would like to fundraise at some point this year to be able to adopt an animal, further supporting their plight.
