Class One- Topic, History and Polytunnel Fun

In maths we have just started our topic on time. The Year 1 have been practicing the days of the week and months of the year, and the Year 2 children have been learning to tell the time to quarter past and quarter to. In History we have been learning about Sir Frances Drake, Michael Morpurgo and Sydney Simmons. We have also finished making our Anglo-Saxon shields. The reception children have been learning all about mini-beasts and everyone enjoyed making mini-beast homes and planning seeds in the Polytunnel.
