Class 1 news!

Last week in topic we have continued learning about Australia.  Mrs Godfrey told us some interesting facts about the Emus that she has at home and we really enjoyed watching a video of them. We have also been learning about the weather in Australia and how they celebrate Christmas on the beach!

This week we have been doing lots of learning with a Christmas theme. This has included: making Christmas cards, deciding which container will hold the most reindeer food, making Christmas pictures out of shapes, talking about how people celebrate Christmas and retelling the Christmas Nativity.
